Youth Strength and Conditioning Squads


Our Youth Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Squads are designed to help young athletes become stronger, faster, more confident, and resilient.
Whether your child is new to training or already excelling in their sport, our squads give them the tools to:
Build physical strength and coordination
Improve speed, power, and agility
Reduce injury risk and recover better
Develop training habits that last a lifetime
💡 Think of S&C as skill acquisition. Just like learning to pass, shoot, or swim—the more often young athletes train their bodies, the faster they improve.
Beckenham – Move4Sport
5:30–6:30 pm → Ages 8–12
6:30–7:30 pm → Ages 13–18
5:30–6:30 pm → Ages 8–12
6:30–7:30 pm → Ages 13–18
Orpington – Lift Each Other Gym
4:30–5:30 pm → All ages
Beckenham – Move4Sport
12:30–1:30 pm → All ages
We keep things simple and flexible:
Drop-in session → £15
1 session per week → £50 per month
2 sessions per week → £90 per month
💡 For the best results, we recommend training at least twice per week. More frequent practice helps athletes build skills, strength, and confidence at a faster rate.
Every squad is built around long-term athlete development, with progression that’s safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.
