Hi, my name is Jake!
Since graduating in 2012 with a degree in Human Performance, I’ve spent over 10 years working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. Alongside this, my experience as a tennis coach and my interest in a wide range of sports have allowed me to work with athletes at every level — from amateur adults to elite juniors and world‑ranked professionals. Whether the goal is to move better or get stronger, I’ve been fortunate to support athletes in unlocking their physical potential.


As a Lead Physical Development Coach, my focus is on building strong, sustainable physical habits. I do this by designing training around your needs, not through a “one size fits all” approach. Clear communication, education, and helping you become a resilient, independent thinker are central to how I coach.
